Thinking of becoming a homeowner? Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley is here to help! Purchasing a home for the first time can be daunting for anybody. Where do I start? Can I afford to buy? How do I qualify for a loan?

To help answer these questions and more, Habitat is proud to offer a First-Time Homebuyer Class. This is a HUD-certified class designed for anyone thinking about buying or ready to buy a first home.

*To respect the learning experience of all participants, we do not allow children in the workshop.

*Feel free to bring snacks/lunch. There will be a break for lunch for those wanting to go out and purchase food.

*The class starts at 9:00 a.m. sharp. If you are more than 15 minutes late you are welcome to stay but we will not be able to issue you the HUD First-Time Homebuyer class certificate of completion.
