Things may look quiet at this historic renovation in downtown San Jose, but there's plenty happening indoors! With some electrical and punchlist items behind us, crews are now working hard on insulation and drywall so that we can get this architectural treasure closer to the finish line. It's beginning to look a lot like houses, as we are starting to see the wood frames of walls and floors appear at Sequoia Grove. There's plenty to do for anyone looking to volunteer in Hayward, if you'd like to swing a hammer, raise a wall, you name it—it's time to snag your spot on the construction site!
Come out as an individual volunteer and make new friends, or bond with old friends when you get your coworkers together and do some corporate volunteering as a group - just like Habitat's own Board of Directors did this month!
