This incredible renovation is officially complete! Thank you to all of the amazing volunteers, partners, donors, and future homeowners who have made this ambitious vision a reality. Due to your generosity and efforts, a beautiful historic building has avoided the wrecking ball, and four families will call it home.
Sequoia Grove, New Home Development - Hayward
Though these ten homes are really taking shape, there's still lots to do at Sequoia Grove! Volunteers are helping us out this month with tasks like painting, trim, fencing, and more. Assistant Construction Manager, Jared, gives us an inside peek at what's happening on site:

Esperanza Place, New Home Development - Walnut Creek
