1-4 Bedroom, 1-2 Bath
Habitat East Bay/Silicon Valley is partnering with the City of Walnut Creek and Contra Costa County to build Esperanza Place - a 42-home affordable development. One-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom condominiums and townhomes will surround a central community space for neighbors to gather and children to play. Esperanza Place is a transit-oriented community offering an easy connection to school, work, groceries, doctors, and banks. It also adds the richness of nearby parks, libraries, and entertainment.
