In her years at the helm of Habitat EBSV, Janice has overseen a dramatic increase in home production and families served, led two successful mergers, expanded our programs and services, and become a prominent voice for affordable housing at the state and national levels.
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Mike joined the Habitat EBSV in 2023, after nearly 40 years in financial leadership – over a decade of which has been spent in the building industry. In his role with Habitat, Mike looks to bring his depth of professional and managerial experience to bear on one of our society’s most critical issues: the affordable housing crisis. Mike is proud to lead a team of financial and retail professionals committed to making homeownership affordable and equitable, while keeping the organization robust and ready to serve more.
Chief Development Officer

In their time with Habitat EBSV, they have worn many hats, including fundraising, volunteer management, and marketing. They now oversees a passionate team that works to grow and engage our broad community of support, but as a veteran of dozens of Habitat builds, they can still swing a hammer with the best.
Chief Program Officer

Jen Gray is a mission-driven leader with over two decades of experience turning ideals into results. She came to Habitat in 2016 from a career spanning the nonprofit, residential remodel, technology, and corporate sectors – across which she has honed skills from strategic planning to program management to grantmaking, and beyond. In her eight years leading Habitat's Home Preservation team, Jen grew the program twenty-fold, expanding access to our vital services. In assuming the role of Chief Programs Officer, Jen has a breadth of professional skills, a technical savvy for how service programs operate, and the leadership experience to help Habitat serve more, and with more intention, to transformative effect. Jen is proud to advocate for our clients and partners at the leadership level, and to lead a talented team with community, always, at its heart.
Chief Real Estate Officer

Kevin brings to Habitat EBSV a broad base of experience in construction management, across a wide variety of endeavors from single family homes, to multifamily developments, to commercial construction. He leads a dedicated staff through an exciting time of growth and development in home construction and general contracting.
