Leadership Team

Janice Jensen

President & Chief Executive Officer

In her years at the helm of Habitat EBSV, Janice has overseen a dramatic increase in home production and families served, led two successful mergers, expanded our programs and services, and become a prominent voice for affordable housing at the state and national levels.

Jim Obendorf

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Jim’s extensive experience in executive-level finance and operational leadership has guided Habitat EBSV through an ambitious restructuring of our business model, helping us work toward creating a sustainable operating platform and tripling our growth. Jim's work was recognized as he was named Chief Financial Officer of the Year in 2015 by San Francisco Business Times.

Krysta Morgenthaler

Vice President & Chief Development Officer

In her time with Habitat EBSV, Krysta has worn many hats, including fundraising, volunteer management, and marketing. She now oversees a passionate team that works to grow and engage our broad community of support, but as a veteran of dozens of Habitat builds, she can still swing a hammer with the best.

Kevin Elliott

Vice President of Housing Development

Kevin brings to Habitat EBSV a broad base of experience in construction management, across a wide variety of endeavors from single family homes, to multifamily developments, to commercial construction. He leads a dedicated staff through an exciting time of growth and development in home construction and general contracting.
