When will I receive a tax receipt for my gifts?

You will receive a confirmation email with your first gift and a tax receipt statement will be sent annually at the end of the year. If you have any questions regarding your tax receipt, please contact us at DonorServices@HabitatEBSV.org or 866-450-4432, press 5 for “donations,” then press 1 for “financial donations.”

When will I be charged each month?

You will be charged on the day you make your first gift and can select the day of the month for all future payments by choosing the start date when you fill out the donation form. If you have any questions about the day of the month you will be charged or would like to change the date, please contact us at DonorServices@HabitatEBSV.org or 866-450-4432, press 5 for “donations,” then press 1 for “financial donations.”


How do I increase or decrease my monthly gift?

1.    On our "Donate Now" webpage, select “Monthly donation,” and enter your new donation information.
2.    In the comment section please include “Update my monthly donation.”
3.    Our Donor Services team will then update your monthly donation in our system.

Is my monthly gift eligible for employee matching?

Monthly gifts are often eligible for matching through employers - and in some cases, they will double or even triple your impact! For more information on matching your gift, visit our "Workplace Giving" webpage, scroll down to "Companies That Match,” and enter the name of your company in the search toolbar to start your matching gift request.
