We're zipping up electrical work inside this 4-home renovation! Meanwhile on the outside, we're getting the back deck ready for action. In other words, there's still plenty to do as we enter the "home" stretch of this historic beauty's journey from its 1910 origin as an apartment building to its future as affordable, sustainable condominiums that four families will soon call home. Sequoia Grove, New Home Development - Hayward
Things are looking up in Hayward—literally! That's right, some of the homes at Sequoia Grove are already crowned with roof trusses, while the others are getting their party walls moved into place and their second floors taking shape.
Not to worry, though—we're saving lots of work for more volunteers and groups to do on these ten affordable homes. Whether you're a novice or an experienced builder, you can make a difference with a day volunteering on a Habitat for Humanity construction site.
