- The city of Livermore and Habitat for Humanity offer loans for up to $35,000
- For projects from $15,000 - $150,000, Habitat for Humanity partners with Renew Alameda County (Renew AC) to provide affordable, low-interest deferred payment loans to qualified homeowners.
These loans are used for home improvement projects that help create a safe and comfortable home. The program is administered by Alameda County with funding provided by Alameda County taxpayers who approved the Measure A1 Housing Bond in November 2016.
