Habitat partners with several local partners to offer affordable or sometimes free home improvements to low-to-moderate income homeowners in San Jose, and throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. In this 30-minute presentation we will cover:
- What cities we currently have capacity to serve homeowners in
- The basics of what is offered in each city from grants to payment-free loans
- Who qualifies and what kinds of repairs can be covered
- What to expect in terms when going through the application process and timeframe
