First-Time Home Buyer Class
Understand, prepare, and navigate the homebuying process.
Who is a first-time homebuyer class for?
This class is for borrowers who are applying for BMR (Below Market Rate), BMP (Below Market Program), DPA (Down Payment Assistance) homebuyer programs and or loan programs that require obtaining a HUD certificate of class completion.
Habitat Homeownership Applicants: The online first-time homebuyer education class is not required to apply for Habitat homeownership.

REGISTER
Register for our self-paced, online First-time Homebuyer Class. The class is $99 per participant and is able to be accessed when convenient for you. This course is also available in Spanish.
Course Completion
After reaching 100% course completion you will receive an email from eHome with a Housing Counselors’ contact information to follow up with.
Follow up with Habitat
Schedule & complete a one-on-one counseling session with a Habitat Housing Counselor. There is no additional cost for the one on-one counseling session.
