Oakland - Renovation

From top to bottom, we’re keeping our volunteers busy all over this hefty renovation! We’re prepping subfloor, doing some pickup framing, wiring up electrical, and working on up through roof decking and skylights. Keep an eye on our Oakland volunteer opportunities to see how you can help get this home in great shape for a future Habitat homeowner.

Walnut Creek - New Home Development, Esperanza Place

It’s wall-to-wall work to do out in Walnut Creek! Retaining walls, block walls, and fencing, that is. There’s also storm drain lines and plumbing under way – lots to do as we prepare this site for foundations and get ready to see the first walls of these 42 homes raised! San Jose - Renovation

As this gorgeous historic building awaits its final move onto a new foundation, there’s still plenty to do before then. We’re doing site work, fencing, and treating the underside of the building to ward off fire damage. Soon, this future home of four Habitat families will settle onto its foundation, and the work of renovating will get under way.
