Want to learn how to install shelving, handrails, and molding? Volunteers at Esperanza Place will be working on projects like this as well as exterior landscaping all month long! This includes sidewalks, site concrete, and gardening! As always, no experience is needed!

The building has landed, and interior renovation has started!
Last month, we placed this 4-unit condo building on its forever foundation. Now, we're preparing the building's rainscreen to ensure a weather-resistant and energy efficient finish for this historic home!
Volunteer opportunities are now open on this site with jobs like demolition, framing, and installing hardware under the building on the horizon!
