July Construction Update

Fremont (Central Commons – 30 new homes, 2nd phase): The summer sunshine is helping to keep our small crew busy and energized on site. At our Central Commons location, we’ve been working on interior painting, landscaping, trim painting, caulking, and more painting! These finishing touches mean we truly are in the “home” stretch!

San Jose (Bridge Housing Communities – 1590 Las Plumas, San Jose): The same energy is continuing at our Bridge Housing Communities assembly site! We’ve been staying busy working on drywall, fascia, soffits, trim installation, and roofing. We’re also installing doors, putting up accent siding, and framing walls for the next round. Oh, but we haven’t stopped there! We’ve also started working on standing walls, rafters, roof decks, house wrap, windows, and siding.
