March Construction Update

Construction sites now open to volunteers:

Walnut Creek - New Home Development, Esperanza Place

We’re in the home stretch of phase one of this new home development in Walnut Creek! That’s right, volunteers are busy getting this site ready to welcome home the newest Habitat homeowners at our Home Celebration on April 13th! 

Volunteer opportunities on site include fine-tuning the landscaping and other minor details inside the homes.

Oakland - Home Renovation

This weekend marked a significant milestone with our Home Celebration event, bringing us one step closer to calling this single-family home renovation in Oakland complete. We're excited to announce that substantial completion is expected this week! The new homeowners are looking forward to moving in and making this beautiful house a home! 

San Jose - 4th & Reed Renovation

With the foundation complete and the building set atop it, we're now focused on reframing, reroofing, and waterproofing. There's plenty to do, and work is expected to continue through fall.
