March Construction Update

Spring is around the corner, and our volunteers have worked tirelessly through tough weather conditions to keep on with construction. Here are this month's advancements on the Habitat construction sites: 

Oakland - Renovation

We have final permit approval and are wrapping up the last touches on this major renovation! That means everything from landscaping to installing appliances, and all the fun stuff on the punchlist is in the offing this month on Manila!

Walnut Creek - New Home Development, Esperanza Place

Despite some (very) wet weather recently, volunteers have kept this moving along! These days, volunteers are helping us out with siding, sheathing, exterior trim, and some blocking inside. There’s always plenty to do on site, so be sure to join us for a volunteer day!

San Jose – Renovation 

Before we can welcome volunteers to site this spring, we'll be busy cleaning up the grounds and placing this historic building on a solid foundation! Keep your eyes peeled for updates in the next few months. We’re looking forward to bringing another exciting homeownership project to the San Jose area!
