Walnut Creek - New Home Development, Esperanza Place
This month marks the completion of phase 1 at Esperanza Place! New homeowners joined volunteers and staff to celebrate this significant milestone in their journey. With 23 homes ready to be filled with cherished memories, we're focusing on finalizing landscaping, unit interiors, and awaiting PG&E's completion of underground utilities. Oakland - Home Renovation
Construction is officially finished, and this home is fully renovated! Last month, we joyously celebrated this momentous occasion as one Habitat family “passed the torch” of affordable homeownership to a new Habitat family. We’re delighted to know that this beautifully-renovated home will soon be filled with new memories and dreams!
San Jose - 4th & Reed Renovation
Interior renovation is under way! Join us on site as we continue working with volunteers through winter. Alongside interior work, we'll also be reframing, reroofing, and prioritizing waterproofing to ensure lasting quality.
