January Construction Update

Construction sites now open to volunteers:

Walnut Creek - New Home Development, Esperanza Place

As interior work comes to full completion, volunteers are keeping busy jazzing the exterior at Esperanza Place. This week's priority is continuing sidewalk work and getting started on concrete and landscaping.

Oakland - Home Renovation

This week at the East 22nd home renovation, the team has been diligently cleaning up and preparing the outside for scaffolding and gutter removals. In addition to that, interior finishes are under way with window trim and cabinet installations. Progress is steady, and we're happy to say that exterior painting is mostly complete!

San Jose - 4th & Reed Renovation

This historical building is ready to secure its spot! We’re in the process of framing the knee wall and laying the groundwork to set the building firmly on its new foundation.

We are excited to welcome individual volunteers and groups to this site starting in February!
