4th and Reed, Home Renovation - San Jose

When you walk through the halls of this 4-unit condo building today, it's centurial age becomes a thing of the past. With recently completed drywall and interior trim, you can see how this building's new floor plan will soon be home to four Bay Area families! Now onto the finishing touches! Volunteers and staff are hard at work installing cabinets and doors and prepping for new floors. 

Sequoia Grove, New Home Development - Hayward

Thanks to countless Regular Volunteers who come out on a regular basis, corporate team building groups, and community members volunteering in their free time, this 10-townhome development is turning into more of a community with every passing month!

The first five homes are almost completely framed and have rough plumbing and electrical already installed throughout. Installing windows and house wrap and finishing roofing is up next on our volunteers' punchlists! 

July will be an exciting month for the second five homes after volunteers complete the framing of the second story and all roof trusses have been installed.
