Introduction to Housing Counseling Partnerships

Through Partnerships, We Empower: How Habitat for Humanity can help you meet your clients' financial and housing counseling needs.

May 6th at 10 a.m.  |  ZOOM

At Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley, we are known for building strength, stability, and self-reliance through housing.

However, we believe a family experiences a home’s transformative impact when they build from a strong financial foundation. This is why our Housing and Financial Counseling Program works with first-time homebuyers to help them achieve and maintain financial stability – whether they are purchasing a home through Habitat or any other homebuyer program.

During this 1-hour “Introduction to Housing Counseling Partnerships,” participating housing organizations, real estate agents, community groups, and financial institutions will learn how Habitat’s Housing and Financial Counseling Program can help you better support your clients.

This interactive Zoom presentation will demonstrate how Habitat’s HUD-Approved Counseling Program can benefit you and your clients with services and resources such as our one-on-one counseling, financial literacy workshops and webinars, first-time homebuyer classes, and our new online Financial Education Center.

Together, we can empower more families to achieve financial and housing stability through education.
