Walnut Creek - New Home Development, Esperanza Place
Interior finishes are currently in full swing in all buildings, and we're on track to have our parking lot paving, sidewalks, and site concrete all wrapped up by the end of October! Despite some minor delays, the first phase of this 42 home development is anticipated to be completed by the end of this year!

San Jose – Renovation, 4th and Reed
We're thrilled to announce that foundation work is set to start this month! Following a few months of foundation work and site mitigation, this site will meet the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility and will be ready for volunteers!
Bay Point - New Home Development, Pacifica Landing
The project is ready to have shovels in the ground... almost! Our team is just waiting for approval of the Final Map and we'll be ready to build. We're hoping to welcome volunteers to site at the start of the new year.
