Exciting progress! Phase 1, consisting of 23 homes, is on track to be fully completed by November. Interior finishes are under way in all buildings. The parking lot is currently undergoing paving, sidewalk installation, and site concrete work, with completion anticipated by the end of October.

We are almost finished with the selection process for the 23 homeowners who will soon fill these walls with memories!

Coming Soon
San Jose – Renovation, 4th and Reed

This month, we have gotten deep into soil remediation to get this site ready to be home to four families. This process takes about a month, which means that foundation work should get started in October. After that, we can't wait to welcome our volunteers to the site to get this beautiful building renovated!

Bay Point - New Home Development, Pacifica Landing

The project is prepared for construction, awaiting the final map's approval from the county's Board of Supervisors. After obtaining their go-ahead, site work will commence. We anticipate welcoming volunteers by October! Stay tuned.
