Forgivable loans are available on a first-come, first served basis to homeowners whose mobile homes are in need of major repairs. These loans have 0% interest with a 20-year term. After the first 10 years of the loan term, 10% of the loan amount will be forgiven each subsequent year, until it’s completely forgiven at year 20.
