Loans for Mobile Homes

Loans are available for mobile homes in need of major repairs. These loans have 0% interest with a 20-year term. After the first 10 years of the loan term, 10% of the loan amount will be forgiven each subsequent year, until it’s completely forgiven at year 20.

Major Home Repair Loans

For major repairs, loans up to $65,000 are available. These affordable loans have 1% simple interest with a 15-year term. Seniors (62+) and disabled homeowners may opt not to make monthly payments, called a "deferred" loan. Mobile homes are not eligible for this loan.

Common uses for the loan program include: reroofing, sewer line replacement, termite and dry rot damage repair, furnace installation, and foundation repair.
