4th and Reed, Home Renovation - San Jose

You would never guess this is a centenarian building, thanks to our staff and volunteers who finished up revitalizing the roof and painting the exterior of these four affordable condos in San Jose!

Inside, we have skilled volunteers and contractors working on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Be on the lookout for more volunteer opportunities on this site soon!

Sequoia Grove, New Home Development - Hayward

The site may be quiet, but there is a lot going on behind the scenes at Sequoia Grove, our 10-townhome development in Hayward! On site, Habitat staff is working on rough grading and storm drain installation. Behind the scenes, we have site development permits and our electrical plan approved! Up next is getting final map approval by city council in December, so we can move forward with building permits. Stay tuned for upcoming volunteer opportunities!
