June 2026 Construction Update

Sequoia Grove, New Home Development - Hayward

The ten homes of Sequoia Grove are really coming along, with the exteriors looking largely complete and the interiors down to mostly punch list items like caulking, spackling, touch-up painting, and installing fixtures! Lately, we've seen volunteers putting up fencing and gates, as well as pouring the foundations for back patios.

Outside, volunteers are stepping carefully around utility trenches — once those are done, we'll be looking at a lot of paving, landscaping, and more in our future!

All that is to say that there's still tons to do before this neighborhood is fully ready to be filled with families and memories. Help us out by bringing a group out to build together , or building with us on your own — either way, we'll be eager to equip and teach you everything you'll need for a great day on site!

Esperanza Place, New Home Development - Walnut Creek

Pardon our dust — we're preparing to pour foundations out at Esperanza Place in Walnut Creek! That's right, we're almost ready for your support to help us build the final homes at this beautiful neighborhood.
